  • How many party hosts are provided for my party?
    1 dedicated party host is provided to host and guide the party.
  • What party supplies are provided in my package?
    We provide paper plates (lime green), plastic cups, napkins (purple), utensils, and tablecloths (powder blue)
  • Am I allowed to bring in outside food and/or dessert?
    Outside food is NOT PERMITTED. We offer a full catering menu that you may order from for your party. Dessert IS PERMITTED as long as it is store bought from a professional bakery. No homemade food permitted. We understand that you may want to make your child's birthday extra special or maybe with a personal touch. Please do not hesitate to call us for any questions at 631-543-8300.
  • What ages are included in our guest list?
    Xplore Commack offers attractions for all ages. For that reason we include children ages 1-17 as part of the party headcount.
  • What decorations am I allowed to bring?
    You may bring in any table decor and paper goods you'd like. If you bring in balloons we just ask that you tie them down and do your best to keep them from heading up into the ceiling. We DO NOT ALLOW any decorations to be placed on the walls.
  • When is the final balance due?
    The final balance will be due at the end of your party. Payment can be made with cash, debit, or credit. There is no added fee for using a debit or credit card. Personal checks are not permitted. You may make payments in advance prior to your party date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
  • Is gratuity included?
    No, gratuity is not included. Gratuity is not required but is highly recommended to leave a tip for your party host based on their performance. Gratuity can be left via debit/credit card or cash upon paying the final invoice balance.
  • Am I allowed to bring in a piñata and/or my own favors?
    Piñatas are permitted as long as they are PULL STRING style only. You are welcome to bring your own personalized favors or purchase favors through us with the option of Xplore branded sports bottles or Xplore branded sports bottles filled with candy.

Fun Activities

Only the best children’s birthday parties have their own private party center room which is what you will have when you plan your party with Xplore Commack! We have 3 private party rooms! We are an open play, all day facility so your birthday party guests can stay as long as they like after the birthday party ends!

 

We offer a variety of different party package options as well as allow you to choose the attraction that best fits your child's interests and age. We offer laser tag parties, bounce house parties, or you can choose to have both, laser tag and bounce play parties!

 

If you want to experience the best party place in Commack, then come on down to Xplore Family Fun Center! We will provide you with an Xplore party host to help with every aspect of your party so that the entire experience will run smoothly from start to finish.

 

A $100 non refundable deposit is required in order to book a party. We try hard to be flexible, so if you need to change your party date, we simply ask two favors: first, that you give us at least 14 days notice and second, that you reschedule the party within two months of the original date. As long as these two requirements are followed, your deposit can be applied to your new party date. We understand that winter can bring some really bad weather. In the event of a snow storm, we will be happy to reschedule your party to the next available day that works for you within a 2 month time frame.

We handle everything in our birthday party packages. From all of the paper goods, set up, and clean up. We do everything we can to make the easiest birthday party for you. Please sit back and enjoy the party!

 

We are by far the best children's birthday party place in western suffolk county and in Long Island. From all of Suffolk County and even Nassau County, we bring great birthday party experiences to Long Island's children ages 1 and up. Xplore is conveniently located off of exit 53 on the LIE in Commack, NY just a stones throw away from Dix Hills and Hauppauge.
